An excellent resource for new entrants to the brokerage field or even a tune-up of essential skills for seasoned employees, this valuable course targets a wide range of knowledge and customer management techniques needed as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Level 4
Introduction to Risk Management (IRM)
Designed to provide extra understanding of this important insurance industry skill. Ideal for brokers who specialize in Personal Lines or small to medium-sized commercial risks and wish to learn how to apply risk management principles to these types of accounts.
Level 5
Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) Designation Program
Take your career further with the CAIB designation. There are four levels of CAIB accomplishment, leading you through a wide variety of personal and commercial coverage needs, to sophisticated studies of insurance marketing and brokerage management.

Canadian Professional Insurance Broker (CPIB) Designation Program
The CPIB designation is positioned at the university level, designed to challenge the professional excellence of P & C insurance brokers. It is offered in three streams: Personal Lines; Commercial Lines; and Broker Management, depending on your career ambitions.
Level 7
Canadian Certified Insurance Broker (CCIB) Designation Program
The CCIB designation is for commercial brokers, intended to demonstrate the holder’s practical competency gained through experience. There is no formal course of study for the examination that test all aspects of P&C Insurance, including the candidate’s ability to do risk management analysis.

Best Practices Program
Designed to enhance your brokerage management skills and hone your strategic abilities for greater competitiveness. This professional “polishing” course teaches sales and marketing, human resource management, and financial and operations management.
